What is Kung Fu
Kung Fu consists of straight line and arc shape attack and defense and grasping techniques. It stresses shift and unpredictable motions with instant dynamic force aided by body twisting and the smooth movement of stance.
Kung Fu is a discipline which trains each student to achieve a quick response in actual movements while maintaining a good and healthy physique, discipline and well-being. Kung Fu is suitable for all ages.

| Master Richard Leung studied the art of Kung Fu under the late Master Lee Chow, the keeper of the style (BUCK SING) in the 1950’s. His experience includes bare-knuckle bout contests and coaching in Hong Kong. |
