Whatever your sport, improving performance and achieving goals is satisfying. To maintain my caliber as an elite marathoner and balance family pleasures wtih business interests, my training has to yield maximum return for time invested.

The range of activities at the Richmondhill Club enables me to focus on core strength, flexibility and cardio with a variety of routines each week. Sometimes going solo but often with one of my “club friends”, my regime includes pilates and yoga, swimming, free weights, the elliptical trainer, the treadmill (of course) and the incredibly effective Kinesis wall.
This club is a breath of fresh air from specialty clubs and crowded gyms that offer half as many recreation and training options.
My family spends almost as much time here as I do! The dining is over the top and there’s so much to do for kids – whether on their own or in a program. We never tire of this club!
