Tania keeps it fun as she provides encouragement and tips on everything from dressing for the weather to stride work and cardio conditioning.
Tania Jones has been a top Canadian runner for over 20 years. A former national team member, and national record holder, she has completed over 15 marathons with several top placings and set numerous course records. Tania is also a Guinness World Book Record holder.

2. Cycling by Design with Larry Optis
Are you passionate about cycling?
Thinking of participating in a charity cycling event this summer or would you like to fulfill a personal goal? Allow Larry Optis, an established ultramarathon cyclist and personal trainer, to guide you through a 4 week customized training program that will focus on building a solid base with a well balanced approach. Utilizing cutting edge technology and expert guidance , your training progress will be closely monitored to ensure safe and valuable results.
Larry Optis has been competing in Ultra Marathon Cycling events for over ten years. A record holder in the National 24 hour Challenge in Michigan, and most recently Larry completed the Race Across America.
Larry’s passion for cycling goes much deeper than race results, it’s a way of connecting with others, appreciating the simplicity of the outdoors, and every ride is a small journey that builds character and brings value to everyday life.
